Dragan Rusimovic was my coach for almost 5 years. As of beginning, he created a mixed cardio-strength training which he then continuously adapted to fit my exercise goals. Firstly I did more cardio and conditioning with which in 2 month time I lost significant number of kilograms; afterwards I underwent his weight training program with which I shaped muscles (including the ones I didn’t know I had) and boosted strength particularly in muscles that require weight training for increased performance. He turned out to be skilled in making a tailored individual training which he then nuanced as I progressed. What I liked the most is that he taught me how to do exercises technically correctly, for maximal performance and avoidance of injuries. Recently because of my work commitments and busy schedule I had to change the gym to another one near my workplace, but I am looking forward to return to Dragan’s training as soon as I get the opportunity.

Sa Draganom sam počela da treniram u julu 2015. i trenirali smo ukupno dva meseca. Za to vreme sam primetila veliki napredak, a primetili su ga i svi oko mene. Telo sam zategla kao nikad ranije, stekla sam bolju kondiciju i generalno sam se osećala mnogo bolje. Trenirali smo tri puta nedeljno i za sve vreme zajedničkog treniranja, ja sam jela sve što sam htela, ali se i pored toga promena na bolje videla. Saradnja sa Draganom će mi ostati u najlepšem sećanju. Uvek je bio maksimalno posvećen, dobro raspoložen, zanimljiv i sat vremena našeg zajedničkog treninga bi proletelo. Na žalost, zbog nekih obaveza morala sam da prekinem trening posle dva meseca, ali ćemo našu saradnju vrlo brzo nastaviti, pogotovu što se bliži vreme  letovanja i sezona kupaćih kostima.

O treneru Draganu možete imati samo reči hvale. Svojom profesionalnošću, predanošću, a pre svega pozitivnim duhom i vedrinom, učiniće da i najveći pesimisti i oni koji imaju odbojnost prema vežbama, sa mnogo smeha redovno idu na treninge i ostvaruju fenomenalne rezultate. Kod Dragana idem preko godinu dana, tri puta nedeljno. U datom periodu sam smršao preko 17 kg bez jo-jo efekta, ili rigoroznih dijeta… A najvećom pobedom, i svojom i njegovom, smatram to što mi je sada potpuno nezamislivo da nedelja prodje bez odlaska na trening ili trčanja. Šta napisati o Draganu Rusimoviću?

Preporuke su nešto što se retko čita ali kad se radi o poslu u kome se radi sa ljudima to je obaveza ozbiljnog čoveka. Draganče je sve samo to nije (šala). Uistinu jedan je od retkih ljudi koji je spojio duh, humor, sa poslom kojim se bavi. On je najbolji personalni trener koga ja iz moje dugogodišnje perspektive kao Doktor nauka mogu sagledati. Svakome ko radi sa njim bilo profesionalno bilo da ga Dragan trenira sigurno neće nedostajati pozitivna energija nakon treninga (čak iako je na trening došao ozbiljan ili tužan), jer je Dragan rasadnik pozitivnih osećanja, ume da sasluša, da savetuje, a da ne povredi čoveka. Svoj posao radi sa maksimalnom ozbiljnošću, puno čita (iako je teško naučio – opet mala šala) obavešten je i što bi neki rekli, iako takav izraz ne volim, in. Maksimalno je otvoren za saradnju, vredan je prijatelj i tako pristupa radu. Jednom rečju Dragan Rusimović je najbolji personalni trener koga poznajem, što i radom i klijentelom dokazuje. Prepustite se Dragančetu i ništa ne brinite, porašće Vam mišići i na ušima ako želite.
